PaleoBurn Tips

This week I’m going to give some free PaleoBurn tips. This post will give you a great idea of how the Paleo Burn system actually works.

I’m going to start by talking about a so-called health food that will make you as fat as a cow. It’s actually a great food for cows, but as a human you need to avoid it if you want to lose weight. Food manufacturers have convinced the world that it’s healthy, but nothing could be farther from the truth.

It’s a well documented fact that when insulin levels are high, the body stores fat. And it’s been proven that when insulin levels are low, the body burns fat. But when you eat this supposedly healthy food, your insulin levels skyrocket and your body starts storing fat immediately. On the other hand, if you avoid foods that spike your insulin levels, your body will easily burn fat. It’s really that simple.

Ever since the industrial revolution, this “health food” has been a major staple of the American diet. And ever since then, Americans have gotten fatter and fatter. Yet the government still teaches us that this food is a crucial part of a healthy diet. Of course, the food I’m talking about is grains.

Grains Suck

Everywhere you turn people are talking about the benefits of whole wheat grains. Supposedly they’re healthy because of all the fiber and vitamins, but this completely ignores the fact that you can get plenty of fiber and vitamins from fruits and vegetables. Grains are a great food for cows whose complex digestive systems convert the grain into muscle. But in humans, grains are converted into fat. Yet ever since the industrial revolution more grains are produced than any other type of food.

Once you’ve cut out grains, the next step is to trigger your body to release Human Growth Hormone. This is the hormone that grows muscle, repairs damage, and makes you feel energetic. As your body produces HGH, your metabolism increases and it gets easier and easier to lose weight.

On the other hand, you want to make sure your body doesn’t release Cortisol, a hormone that increases blood sugar, suppresses the production of Human Growth Hormone and makes it almost impossible to lose weight. Cortisol is also known as the belly fat hormone, and for good reason. The main cause of Cortisol production is stress. When money is tight and you have a family, it’s hard to avoid some stress. But unfortunately, people make it far worse by trying to spend an hour a day exercising. This releases a flood of cortisol that sabotages your weight loss efforts. Believe it or not, you’d be better off exercising for 15 minutes and then spending the rest of the hour relaxing.

What this all means is that the trick to getting in shape in fast is working out just long enough to release HGH but not so much that you release Cortisol. In addition, you want to do specific exercises at just the right intensity. If you push yourself too hard you’ll stop making progress, but if you don’t push yourself hard enough you won’t see any results at all.
